 We have years of experience helping people resolve their liabilities in a helpful and friendly atmosphere. We know that communicating with an account representative can be stressful and we empathize with that apprehension and we try to eliminate that.  

Our mission is to change that environment through open and caring conversation to reach some mutually agreeable resolution.  After resolving the financial issues with the account in question, we provide piece of mind to the consumer with a release of liability letter absolving them from their financial obligations.

Our mission and values include exceeding our customer’s expectations.  We currently have an A rating with the BBB.  We are 100% transparent in our communications and we comply with all state and Federal laws governing our industry.
